Before buying any flat in the society, i would recommend to ask following things: 1- Maintenance cost(which is very high as compared to other societies). 2- Lack of professional management and response. 3- Common area electricity charges, club-pool charges, common area maintenance charges. 4- NDC (No dues certificate) which involves so many unnecessary charges taken from builder to fill his pocket. 5- Open space parking/ Covered parking charges. 6- Things to be included while giving possession to the flat owner. 7-club house charge 15000 in one night it is high other society charge 0 Try to take these things in written, then only purchase. We (residents) are experiencing then only sharing this review. Hope this helps.

I purchased my new home at Nilaya Greens recently and I am very impressed with the customer service they have. The sales team and the on-site personnel are cordial and listen to all your concerns. Even with the documentation and handing over process, they were punctual and stuck to the mentioned timelines.

Amazing location, this is probably Raj Nagar Extension's first podium based project...they have a swimming pool, kids play area, badminton court, and ample green areas in the vicinity. Also the build quality of their building is very good, which you don't usually see in societies offering affordable houses. If you're looking for a home in Raj Nagar Extension, then Nilaya Greens is the place for you.

This project is really good, Good Location with lush green area , No pollution. Carpet area size are excellent as per the flats. Nice staff handle each client so well at the sales office. Specially Mr. Aditya Chaudhary & all team members.

Nilaya Greens is an excellent neighbourhood that provides an amazing environment for families and kids. They are affordable but the quality offered is quite premium. Not only does my family enjoy living here, but our relatives are also thinking of investing.
